May 28th, 2018 with Chopped Canada winner Chef Matt Kershaw from Hunter & Co Restaurant

June 25th, 2018 The  “Master Marmiton’s” Culinary Competition with Chef Patrick who was joined by the new Chair of the Tourism and Hospitality Division of the College, Chef James Smith. Overview: Friendly Competition  6-8 teams of 2 or 3. Created tasting menu sized recipe's (small appetizers) from a list of ingredients – competitors prepared enough portions of each item to feed the number of attendees. All of the items became the meal we ate.
